 n in Gaza. Unter den unterstützten Familien ist auch die Familie Kilani\,
  deren Geschichte im Mittelpunkt der Dokumentation des Abends steht.\n\nFi
 lmvorführung: Not Just Your Picture\nDiese eindrucksvolle Dokumentation b
 egleitet die deutsch-palästinensischen Geschwister Layla und Ramsis Kilan
 i\, deren Leben im Sommer 2014 unwiderruflich verändert wurde\, als ein i
 sraelischer Luftangriff auf Gaza ihren Vater Ibrahim\, seine Frau und ihre
  fünf Kinder tötete. Nach diesem verheerenden Verlust begeben sich Ramsi
 s und Layla auf einen Weg des politischen Bewusstwerdens und der Wiederann
 äherung an ihre palästinensische Identität. Auf der Suche nach Gerechti
 gkeit für ihre Familie sehen sie sich nicht nur mit der Realität andauer
 nder Gewalt und Unterdrückung konfrontiert\, sondern auch mit den weit ve
 rbreiteten Versuchen\, kritische Stimmen zum Schweigen zu bringen.\n\nÜbe
 r die Filmemacher*innen\nNot Just Your Picture wurde von Anne Paq und Dror
  Dayan realisiert. Anne Paq ist eine bekannte französische Fotografin und
  Filmemacherin mit umfassender Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von Menschen
 rechtsfragen und langjähriger Arbeit in Palästina. Dror Dayan\, in Jerus
 alem geboren\, ist Filmemacher\, Aktivist und Wissenschaftler mit Wohnsitz
  in Berlin und Großbritannien.\n\nSoli-Bar &amp\; Essen\nNeben dem Film g

 a. Among the supported families there will be the Kilani family\, whose st
 ory is at the heart of the evening’s documentary.\n\n​Film Screening: 
 Not Just Your Picture\nThis powerful documentary follows German-Palestinia
 n siblings Layla and Ramsis Kilani\, whose lives were irreversibly changed
  in the summer of 2014\, when an Israeli airstrike on Gaza killed their fa
 ther Ibrahim\, his wife\, and their five children. In the aftermath of thi
 s devastating loss\, Ramsis and Layla are propelled into a journey of poli
 tical awareness and reconnection with their Palestinian identity. As they 
 seek justice for their family\, they confront not only the reality of ongo
 ing violence and oppression\, but also the widespread attempts to suppress
  voices that speak out against it.\n\nAbout the Filmmakers\nNot Just Your 
 Picture is directed by Anne Paq and Dror Dayan. Anne Paq is a noted French
  photographer and filmmaker\, with deep experience in human rights documen
 tation and long-term work in Palestine\; Dror Dayan\, born in Jerusalem\, 
 is a filmmaker\, activist\, and scholar based in Berlin and the UK.\n\nSol
 i Bar &amp\; Food\nIn addition to the film\, there will be a solidarity ba
 r and food available—all contributions will support food funds for famil
